Service Schedule

Each of our services is designed to fulfill the following three purposes: 1) Honor Jesus Christ, 2) Present the Gospel, 3) Encourage and Equip the people of God through His Word. No two services are exactly alike and we encourage you to join us for any one of our weekly service times.

  -Sunday Morning  – 10:00am
  -Sunday Evening  – 5:00pm

-Weds Pastors Pals (children) – 6:30pm

Life Stages Sunday School
Sunday School classes are the original “small groups.” We have classes for every age group, including children, teens, and adults, and use this time to disciple one another in specific Life Stages. Nursery is provided for children 0-5 years of age during this time as well.

Worship Service
We encourage everyone to participate in our worship service. This is done through congregational singing, fellowship, and decisions. At Cactus Pointe, you will not find the lights turned down and praise teams entertaining, but a congregation of people who’ve come to church to worship together.
Young Adults (InBetweeners)
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions.
Each month activities are held for those who are in the earlier stages of adulthood. We call them, “InBetweeners”. These activities are for adults (single and married) who are out of high school but under the age of Pastor (40yrs), or “in between.”

Youth Group (Unbound Teens)
Our Youth Group, Unbound Teens, meets weekly during the Sunday School hour, Wednesday Evenings, and for many activities, events, and conferences throughout the year. Unbound Teens includes those in 6-12 grades.

Children
Children are the future of our church, and the informative years of 6-10 are vitally important to their success. Children in our church enjoy the BLOCKS Sunday School class, Jr. Church during the morning worship service, Wednesdays Pastors Pals club, and singing with the Pastor on Sunday Evenings. In addition, there are activities, camps, and other events throughout the year.

Men & Ladies Activities
Several events are planned throughout the year for both men and ladies.
The men of our church enjoy an annual trip to Masters Men’s Conference in Fresno, CA., a Men & Boys camp out each summer, and several other activities throughout the calendar.
Likewise, our ladies ministries include an annual Ladies Conference in North Phoenix, Ladies Retreat in Payson, and functions throughout the year.

Discipleship
The three-fold commission that Jesus gave to the church included, 1) Reaching people with the Gospel, 2) Including them in the church, and 3) building up new believers in Christ.
If you are new in your Christian faith, or would like to learn more about the Bible and the Christian Journey, we have a Sunday School class just for you. During this time, you will receive resources and instruction on how to navigate the Bible and life.

Spanish
CPBC has a new, but thriving Spanish Ministry. Pastor Ruben Robles provides services during each of our regularly scheduled service times to those who are Spanish speaking.
